By using Ormael, you agree to these terms. They define service scope, payment rules, refund policy, and user responsibilities.
Service scope
Ormael provides access to digital interpretation materials based on birth date, compatibility analysis, child matrix reports, and related tools according to your selected plan.
Responsibility and limitations
Service materials are informational and intended for self-reflection. They do not replace medical, financial, or psychological advice from licensed professionals.
Payments and access
Payments are processed via Stripe and YooKassa. Paid content access is granted after successful payment confirmation and database status verification.
Refund policy
Refund requests are accepted within 7 calendar days from payment time. Once a refund is approved, access to the related paid content is revoked.
Account security
You are responsible for securing access to your email and devices. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
